Cancelling your massage

Cancellation/Late Policy:

I aim to provide to my clients with the best possible service and to achieve this I need your cooperation and mutual respect for each other’s time.

When you are booking, your time is reserved for you so I respectfully ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

I welcome you to send a friend or a family member in your place. If you are unable to give me a reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment. First time clients will be charged 100%.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Your late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter unless the circumstances allow me to do the full service.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.   If a service needs to be shortened due to my fault, the price will be adjusted.

It is all about mutual respect, which is something than I value a lot in my relationships.
